DL Projectus is team of designing proffesionals created in 1996 in Chicago by the initiative of Dorota Lubojemska, a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago. Since 2008 the teams office is located by the Bulwar Portowy in Ustka and has been working all over Poland. Our team specializes in interior design, especially lighting, furniture desinging and jewelry.
We offer a wide range of proffesional services in terms of private investments concerning plans of interior design from the simple rendering of a future look to the completion of the whole project under our eye. In the process of creating a new and original design for your future home, we try to keep in mind the idea of blending funcionality with style. We do our best to combine our clients needs and new desinging trends, keeping in mind that our clients satisfaction is the most important thing. The companies we work with are the best in their field and we take full responsibility for their work.Our team takes a simple idea and through rendering a visualization, composing a plan and completing the project under the supervision of our interior designers, we make dreams come true. • On our preliminary interview we try to fix a date when we can visit interior and talk about possible partnership
• Based on your needs and wishes we create a pricing of the whole project. After accepting the conditions of our valuation we sign a contract and begin our job.
• Firstly we create a concept of the future interior arrangement basing it on sketches, architectural plans and 3D rendering
• We also meet with you when it comes to choosing and purchasing items at different outlets and showrooms, where we can give you advice if needed.
• After choosing the finishing materials, we add them to the previous architectural plans and create a new 3D image showing you your complete future interior. We also create new and enchanced technical drawings, views and profiles which help our contractors do their job.
• We work with suppliers and construction companies in which we put our full trust. At your request we also provide a full supervision by ourselves, ensuring every little detail is compatible with our expectations so that the finished interior is adequate to your vision.
